Effect of Time Management Training program on Nurses' Daily Time Wasters

AbstractBackground: Time management training program concerned with giving insight into time wasters, changing time spending, and increasing the efficiency of workday for staff by learning them planning their work by prioritize activities, and manage emergency and unexpected tasks. Study aims to evaluate the effect of designed program of time management on daily time waters for nurses'. The subjects: No. = (118) staff nurses. Setting; Sohag & Qena Universities Hospitals. Tools; consists of 1) Time management questionnaire include personal characteristics and Time management scale; 2) Time waster Questionnaire. Results: mean score of total time managements at pre intervention (55.95±8.41), post (59.95±7.6), and follow up (63.67±9.8). Mean score of total time wasters at pre intervention (41.34±9.46), post (32.32±7.86), and follow up (24.93±5.98). Conclusion; there were high negative correlation between time management and time waster scores. There were high significant differences between studied nurses at pre, post and follow up intervention related goal setting, managing interruptions, procrastination time management, and time waster domains (internal and external). Recommendations: Training programs on time management should be provided for nursing staff at their various levels, policies, rules and regulations must be clarified for employees to preserve time, and records must be organized and coordinated to save time.

Influence of Perceived Organizational Support, Work Life Balance on Staff Nurses’ Workflow at Main Mansoura University Hospital

Background: Work plays a significant part in all our lives, perceived organizational supportive and work-life balance isn't only important for nurses’ health, but also it can improve nurses’ workflow and productivity. Aim: To explore the influence of perceived organizational support, work life balance on staff nurses’ workflow at Main Mansoura University Hospital. Subjects and methods: Descriptive correlational design was used. Three tools were used for data collection; perceived organizational support scale, work-life balance survey, and nurses' work-related flow inventory. Results: Highly statistically significant relationship between organizational support, work life balance and workflow, highly statistically significant relationship between all levels of organizational support, work life balance and workflow, in addition to staff nurses perceived low organizational support level and moderate level related work life balance and workflow. Conclusion: Highly statistically significant correlation between perceived organizational support, work life balance and workflow. Recommendations: Hospital should monitor the level of all factors regarding their work place, stress; motivation and other benefits will improve balance between work life which in turn will give satisfaction in their personal life, providing an attractive system of recognition and rewards that increase sense of achievement, and personal growth, future research needed between work life balance and workflow.

Effect of Educational Program About Self-care Practices on Preventing Occurrence of Vaginal Infection Among Gestational Diabetic Women

AbstractBackground: gestational diabetic women are reported to be high risk for infections of the genital tract. Controlling vaginal infections rested on the nurse through educating women self-care practices. Aim: To assess the effect of educational program about self-care practices on prevention occurrence of vaginal infection among gestational diabetic women. Methods: Quasi experimental research design was used in this study. It was conducted at antenatal outpatient clinic of South Valley University’s Hospital. Sample included 60 pregnant women with diabetes mellitus. Structured interview and self-care model was used and involved three parts. An educational program about care of genital system was carried out on pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Results: There is statistical significant difference between control and study groups regarding total self-care practices and occurrence of genital infection P- values are 0.001. Conclusion: There was a vital role to the educational program about self-care practices on preventing occurrence of vaginal infection among pregnant women. Recommendations: Planning and implementing educational program as a routine hospital care with providing a brochure about genital hygienic practices are important to reduce rate of vaginal infection among gestational diabetes women.

Effect of Acupressure Sessions on Dyspnea and Fatigue among Patients with Bronchial Asthma

AbstractBronchial asthma is a syndrome characterized by airflow obstruction; Dyspnea and fatigue are the most disabling symptoms in asthma and the trigger point of physical inactivity with a consequent lower standard of quality of life. Acupressure is one of important non-pharmacological modalities which leads to reduction of asthma symptoms and ultimately enhances asthma control. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of acupressure sessions on dyspnea and fatigue among patients with bronchial asthma. Research design: A quasi experimental research design was conducted on sixty patients with bronchial asthma who were admitted to the Chest inpatient Unit of Alexandria Main University Hospital. Three tools were used for data collection: Tool I: Patients with bronchial asthma assessment. Tool II: Dyspnea Assessment questionnaire. Tool III: Fatigue Assessment questionnaire. Results of the present study revealed that there were significant differences between control and study group patients related to their grade of dyspnea and fatigue severity after application of acupressure sessions. Conclusion: acupressure may be effective as an adjuvant therapy to the traditional management for patients with bronchial asthma to improve dyspnea and fatigue syndromes. Recommendations of this study include, illustrated self-administered acupressure intervention booklets distributed to patients with bronchial asthma, could be of help, additionally, development and implementation of acupressure training program for nurses, about acupressure are advocated.

Effect of Nursing Instructions for Asthmatic Patients on Local Side Effects of Inhaled Corticosteroids

Abstract Background: Asthma is a chronic respiratory disease characterized by recurrent attacks of breathlessness and wheezing which vary in severity and frequency from person to person. Aimof the study: To evaluate the effect of nursing instructions for asthmatic patients on minimizing local side effects of Inhaled Corticosteroids (ICS). Research design: Quasi experimental (pre – posttest) research design was utilized to conduct this study. Setting: The study was conducted at internal medical unit of Al-Badary Central Hospital, Assiut, Egypt. Sample: 90 males and females adult patients with asthma receiving ICS. Tools of data collection: Tool (I) Patient assessment sheet and Tool (II) Local side effects assessment sheet. Results: Most of the studied patients, (90.0%) had a poor level of knowledge about asthma. A significant decrease in local side effects of ICs; hoarseness, dysphonia, dry, sore throat, throat clearing, thirst, and dry cough, among the studied patients after implementation nursing instructions than before (p. < 0. 01). Conclusion: Implementation of the nursing instructions for asthmatic patients had a positive effect on minimizing the many local side effects of ICS as hoarseness, dysphonia, dry, sore throat, throat clearing, thirst, and dry cough. Recommendation: The booklet should be available for nursing team to increase their awareness and to provide patients with sufficient information for decreasing local side effects of ICS.

Effect of Self-Management Program on the Patient’ Knowledge and Practice Regarding Stoma Care

AbstractThe aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of self-management program on the patients’ knowledge and practice regarding stoma care. Methods: A purposeful sample consisted of 90 adults with stoma was examined. A pre/post quasi-experimental research design was followed. The setting: The general surgery department and adult surgery outpatient Clinic in Damietta University Hospital. Data collection tools included a structured interview questionnaire (demographic data of patients, their medical history, and their knowledge about stoma), and an observational checklist to assess the patients’ practices regarding stoma care. In addition to a self-management program. Results: The mean age of the studied adults was 47.9± years. Two-thirds of participants were males (65 %) and educated ( 67 %). About two thirds of them (63 %) had bowel cancer, and the majority (94 %) had no family history of stoma. There was a highly significant difference in the patients’ levels of knowledge in pre/immediate, post, and after one month of discharge (P<0.001). There was a highly significant improvement in the patients’ level of practice regarding procedures of stoma care in pre/immediate, post, and after one month of discharge (P<0.001). Conclusions: The studied adult patients’ knowledge and practice regarding stoma care significantly improved after exposure to the self-management program. Recommendations: Adult patients with stoma should receive adequate and continuous education regarding ostomy self-care, lifestyle changes, and self-efficacy. Medical and surgical nurse should provide the adult patient with adequate knowledge, and training about stoma care.

Abstract Background: Favism means a hemolytic response to the ingesting of fava beans, also identified as broad beans. Aim: Assess effect of health education program for mothers their children diagnosed with favism. Research design: A quasi-experimental design. Setting: Pediatric Outpatient Clinic in Al-Azhar University Hospital (New Damietta City), Damietta Governorate, Egypt. Sample: A convenient sample (72) of mothers their children diagnosed with favism. Tool: An interviewing questionnaire used divided to five parts: Part (1):Demographic characteristics for mothers' and their children. Part (2): Children medical history. Part (3): Mothers' knowledge regarding favism; Part (4): Mothers' attitude regarding favism; Part (5): Mothers' reported practice regarding favism. Results: present study cleared, highly statistically significant enhancement of mothers' knowledge, attitude and reported practice post health education program than pre (5.874±2.341, 4.16±2.26 and 2.324±2.410),( 25.742±2.845, 23.63±2.53and 6.945± 2.748)respectively .Conclusion: The health education program was effective in enhancement mothers' knowledge, attitude and practices regarding favism .Recommendations: Further researches and health education program are needed in other settings to outreach mothers for the promotion of favism knowledge, attitude and consequently practice to prevent favism complications for their children.

Effect of Instructional Guidelines on Mothers’ Anxiety Regarding Behavioral Changes Among Children with Autism during Corona Virus Disease

AbstractCorona virus pandemic 2019 (COVID-19) lockdown has a negative psychological impact on Egyptian mothers of children with autism. As a result of social distancing, both mothers and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) were not supported by face to face by care and not able to participate in external care and staying at home. Aim: The study was aimed to evaluate the effect of instructional guidelines on mothers’ anxiety regarding behavioral changes among children with autism during corona virus disease. Subjects and method: in this study quasi-experimental research design was used on a convenient sample composed of 130 mothers having children with autism residing at Sohag Governorate, Egypt. Five tools were used in this study: A self-administered questionnaire, the Adaptive Behaviour Assessment System, The ASD Behaviour Inventory, The Short Sensor and Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI). The link of the survey using the questionnaire, the scale, and the instructional guidelines were sent to the participants' mothers through Facebook and Whats App groups. Results: The study showed an increase in repetitive and restricted behaviors among more than one-third of the participants. Mothers' anxiety level was severe before the implementation of the guideline and became low after guidelines implementation. Conclusion: The instructional guidelines were effective in reducing mothers’ anxiety regarding behavioral changes among children with autism during coronavirus pandemic outbreaks. Recommendations: Educational programs about the meanings of behavioral changes of their children, COVID -19 and its preventive measures should be taught to all mothers and psychological support is essential for them.

Procrastination and its Relation with Self-Efficacy and Clinical Decision Making among Staff Nurses

Abstract Aim of the study was to investigate procrastination and its relation with self-efficacy and clinical decision making among staff nurses. Subject and method: A descriptive correlational design was used to fulfill the aim of this study. Setting: This study was conducted at (Minia University; Gynecology, Obstetric and Pediatric University; and Minia Psychiatric Health and Addiction Hospitals). Subject: the present study included all staff nurses at previous 3 Hospitals (n= 386). Tools of data collection: Personal data sheet and three scales were used. 1st scale, General procrastination scales 2nd scale, General Self-Efficacy Sub-Scale and 3rd scale, Clinical Decision Making Nursing Scale. Results: the highest level of procrastination (52.8%) was staff nurses who working at Minia University Hospital comparing with staff nurses who working at Gynecology, Obstetric and Pediatric University and Minia Psychiatric Health and Addiction Hospitals as (37.2% & 19.6%) respectively. Conclusion: there were a negative correlation between staff nurses' procrastination and self-efficacy. Also, there are a negative correlation between staff nurses' procrastination and clinical decision making. While, there are a positive correlation between clinical decision making and self-efficacy. Recommendation: further study to investigate factors that affect staff nurses procrastination, self-efficacy, and clinical decision making

Obstacles Face Nursing Staff Toward Care of Critically Ill Obese Patient in Intensive Care Units

AbstractBackground: Intensive care unit was a stressful environment. Therefore nurses encounter additional obstacles when caring for obese patients in ICU. These obstacles must be identified for proposing a solution and enhancing safe and quality nursing care to critically ill obese patients. The aim of this study was to assess obstacles that face nursing staff toward the care of critically ill obese patients in the intensive care unit. Design: Cross-sectional descriptive research design. Subject: All available critical care nurses and obese patient at Assuit University Hospitals within 6 months. Setting: The study was carried out at General, Trauma, Anesthesia, and Cardiac ICU at Assiut University Hospitals. Two tools were utilized to collect data; a patient assessment sheet and a nurse''s self-administered questionnaire about obstacles in the care of critically ill obese patients. Method: Nurses'' obstacles during the care of critically ill obese patients about equipment and clinical practice were obtained by using a self-administered questionnaire. The questionnaire was translated by a researcher to Arabic format in order to suit the nurses'' language and their level of understanding. Results: Most nurses'' obstacles regarding equipment were lack of proper cuff size 76.7%, lifters 66.7%, and bariatric bed 60.0%. According to clinical practice, turning and repositioning 91.1%, blood pressure measurement76.7%, and calculate calories 67.8%. Conclusions: Nurses'' obstacles in the care of critically ill obese patients increase with an increased number of obese patients. Recommendations: Overcome these obstacles are essential in hospitals through the application of new strategies to provide appropriate patients care.

Effect of Early Mobilization Intervention on Controlling Acquired Muscle Weakness among Pediatric Critically Ill Patients

AbstractPersistent immobility is linked with short and long-term disabilities in children admitted to critical area. Aim: the aim of the study was to assess the effect of early mobilization intervention on controling acquired muscle weakness among pediatric critically Ill patients. Randomized control trail was carried out on 80 pediatric patients divided equally into the study and the control groups in pediatric intensive care unit at Aswan University Hospital. Tools: Three tools were used to collect data: Tool I, included personal data , medical data and assessment scale for monitoring children's muscle strength .Tool II: Assessment delirium scale (Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale. Tool III: Assess signs of intolerance. Results: after early mobilization intervention, mean of muscle strength in the study group (4.63 ± 0.59) was higher than the control group (3.52 ± 1.89) with highly statistically significant difference (p < 0.001). Majority of children in the study group their ambulation distance at ICU discharge were increased. The mean time of moving out of bed was 2.90 ± 1.66 days for children in the study group vs. 3.20 ± 1.42 of them in the control group. Mean length of hospital stay was 4.28 ± 1.59 days for children in the study group vs. 6.38 ± 2.10 day of them in the control group with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P=0.005). Conclusion: Ambulation distance at ICU discharge was increased among studied group. There was significance difference between the two groups regarding length of hospital stay. Implementation of early mobilization intervention improves the children' muscle strength. Recommendation: Early mobilization protocol should be incorporated into daily clinical practice of pediatric intensive care unit.

Nurses' level of Competence and Reported Practices Among Pediatric and Adult Ventilated Patients with COVID 19.

Abstract Critically care nurses must be competent in care of patients with COVID19 on mechanical ventilation which meets the specialized needs of the patient. Aim: To investigate nurses' level of competence and reported practices among ventilated adult and pediatric patients with COVID 19. Research Design: A descriptive research design was conducted in this study. Setting: The study was conducted in four intensive care units include general, trauma, critical care and pediatric intensive care unit. Subjects: Nurses who have a bachelor’s degree of nursing sciences as a bedside nurse and dealing with patients connected to mechanical ventilation with COVID 19. Tools of data collection: Tool I: clinical scenario assessment tool. Tool two: nurses' reported practices (universal precautions) questionnaire. Results: The majority of nurses were incompetent in all breath types and lung pathological changes (81.7%, 95%, 81.7% 95.0%) respectively, and majority of them had inappropriate reported practice according to policy of sharp equipment and environmental precaution Conclusion: It was found that more than half of studied nurses were incompetent and had inappropriate reported practice in dealing with ventilated patients with covid19. Recommendation: Nurses' level of competence and practices among ventilated patients should be assessed at regular time

Workplace Spirituality and Engagement among Faculty Staff versus their Assistants

AbstractBackground: Work engagement is a positive state of mind characterized by the extent to which employees are vigorous. Spirituality is a sense of wholeness, connectedness at work, and deeper values. Aim: The current study aimed to compare workplace spirituality and engagement among faculty staff versus their assistants. Subject and Methods: A descriptive comparative research design was used. Setting: This study was conducted at faculty of nursing Beni-Suef University. Sample: Convenient sample of all available staff on job during data collection period. (48) Faculty staff members and (79) faculty staff members’ assistants were included in the study. Tools: Data were collected using two tools; workplace spirituality questionnaire and work engagement scale. Results: More than three quarters of faculty staff members had high work engagement level while more than two thirds for their assistants, more than two thirds of faculty staff members had high workplace spirituality and majority of their assistants had high level. Conclusion: The current study concluded that there is no significant difference among the perception of the faculty staff members and their assistants regarding workplace spirituality, while there is a significant difference between the perception of the faculty staff and faculty staff assistants regarding work engagement. Recommendations: The study recommends encourage high spirituality of all faculty staff and workers, reward high engaged staff and gives more appreciation, enhance sense of community for all staff and workers, and disseminate organizational values all over the faculty to get more cooperation.

Pulmonary Function Status After Implementing Chest Physiotherapy for Extubated Cardiothoracic Surgery Patients

AbstractChest physiotherapy considered basic nursing interventions for patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery to improve breathing efficiency, oxygenation and pulmonary functions. Aim of the study: to evaluate the pulmonary function status after implementing chest physiotherapy for extubated cardiothoracic surgery patients. Design: Quasi experimental research design (study and control) was used in this study. Setting: cardiothoracic intensive care unit and cardiothoracic department at cardiothoracic hospital that belongs to Minia University Hospitals, Egypt. Two tools: 1. Socio demographic and medical Assessment sheet. 2. Oxygenation level assessment sheet. Results: mean age of study and control groups were (38.4±5.4) & (37.2±4.8) year respectively. (40%) from the study group suffered myocardial infarction and did coronary angioplasty, (43.3%) of the control suffered coronary artery stenosis (33.3%) among them did coronary angioplasty. Regarding breathing sound, and pulmonary function test there is statistical significant difference between both groups presented by p value <0.05, also there were significant difference between both groups related to all items of the arterial blood gases test presented by P value with (.031*, .004**, .020*, .013* & .003**). Conclusion: This study concluded that chest physiotherapy had a positive effect on patient's pulmonary function status which reflected on the patients outcomes post cardiothoracic surgery. Recommendations: All cardiac surgery patients should receive an explanation about chest physiotherapy before their operations.

Effect of Tele-nursing Instructions on Women Knowledge and Beliefs about Cervical Cancer Prevention

Worldwide, the cervical cancer considered the most frequent gynecological cancer among women. Effective primary and secondary prevention approaches will prevent most cervical cancer cases.Aim of the study: is to assess the level of women’s knowledge and beliefs regarding cervical cancer prevention and to implement and examine the effectiveness of tele-nursing instructions on women based on Health Belief Model. Methods: A quasi-experimental design was used. This study was conducted at primary health care center and outpatient clinic at Shaqra city, KSA.A convenience sample of 75 women were enrolled in the study.Three tools were used to collect data, 1) structured interviewing questionnaire, 2) structured cervical cancer knowledge questionnaire & 3) Health Belief Model Scale Results: There was a statistically significant difference regarding level of knowledge after applying Tele- nursing based on Health Belief Model. In addition, there was a statistical difference regarding sub-scale of health belief model and increasing in mean percentage after intervention among study sample. Conclusion: Tele- nursing education through the application of the Health Belief Model proved massive changes in improving both the beliefs of the participating women, as well as the level of their knowledge about cervical cancer prevention. Recommendation: Enhancement of tele-nursing instruction use in many nursing practice settings and developing future research prevention programs that cover a large sample would be of a great importance in early detection and management.

Effect of an Educational Module on Knowledge, Symptoms Severity and Quality of Life in Patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Background: Irritable bowel syndrome is a widespread digestive disorder that is characterized by diarrhea and/or constipation, bloating, and associated with abdominal pain. This disorder can seriously display individuals and quality of life. Aim: The aim was to evaluate the effect of an educational module on knowledge level, symptoms severity & quality of life in patients with irritable bowel syndrome. Method: Quasi-experimental research design (pre posttest and follow up) was applied. Fifty adult IBS patients (Rome criteria) were prospectively enrolled in this study in out-patient clinic at south valley University Hospital. Demographic, clinical data and knowledge were recorded. Patient's quality of life subscales (dysphoria, interference with activity, body image, health worry, food avoidance, social reaction, sexual concerns, & relationships). and disease severity also were assessed. Results: The results revealed that total mean knowledge scores of patients' post-educational intervention were improved than that of their pre-scores, increase the mean scores of quality of life subscales post and follow-up educational intervention compared to pre educational intervention with highly statistically significant differences between them at p < 0.001. Also, this study showed that 60.0% of the studied patients had moderate symptoms pre educational intervention compared with 36.0 % post and 42.0 % in follow-up phase with a highly significant difference between them (P< 0.01). Conclusion & Recommendations: The educational module is effective in enhancing knowledge, quality of life, and decreasing the symptoms severity in patients with irritable bowel syndrome. Continuous patient education must be planned regularly to control disease symptoms and improve quality of life.

Abstract Background, Breast surgery typically can be divided into three general categories, reduction, augmentation, and reconstruction. A care bundle is a structured way of improving the process of care and patient outcomes. The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of nursing care bundle on outcomes for women undergoing breast surgeries. Research design, one shot case research design was utilized to conduct data of this study. Samples, the study was conducted on a convenience sample of available patients (30), female adult patients undergoing breast surgery. Setting; the study was conducted at plastic surgical department in Assiut University Hospitals.Tools, data were collected through four tools; the structured interview questionnaire, Patient assessment sheet, Surgical site infection grading system, Nursing care bundle. Results, There were a statistical significant difference between total scores of knowledge level, practice pre and post-operative (after 4 weeks) after implementing nursing care bundle (P=0.001). Conclusion, there is a significant differences improvements throughout implementation of nursing care bundle on outcomes for women undergoing breast surgeries. Recommendations, the study recommended that, pamphlets and simple illustration booklet should be available for women undergoing breast surgeries with simple explain how to safely live after breast surgery.

Habits and Socialization among Primary School Children Having Visual, Hearing, and Intellectual Disabilities: Descriptive study

Socialization of a child is something that is typically a natural phenomenon, but for children with disabilities, it can be difficult and especially challenging. Aim: This study aimed to explore the habits and socialization among primary school children having visual, hearing, and intellectual disabilities. Design: Cross-sectional descriptive research design was used in this study. Setting: This study was conducted at special needs schools in Assiut city; includes El-Fekria school for mentally retarded children, El-Nour for blind children and El-Amal school for deaf and dumb. Sample: A convenient sample included parents of 588 disabled children. Tools: A structured interview questionnaire was used. It includes characteristics of the child and their parents, family history and consanguinity, medical history of the child disability, as well as parents' knowledge about disability. Results: The majority of children were males, from rural areas, have illiterate fathers and mothers, they had positive history of disability and consanguinity, & the majority of parent had unsatisfactory level of knowledge. Conclusion: disabled children are more likely to have socialization problems. Their parents' knowledge about disability is very low. Recommendation: The current study recommended that provide support and education programs for parents to improve the care provided to children with disabilities.

Quality of life of patients with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy

Abstract: Leukemia is a stem cell disorder characterized by a malignant neoplastic proliferation and accumulation of immature hematopoietic cells in the bone marrow.Aim of the study: assessquality of life of patients with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy. Subjects & Method: A descriptive design was conducted at the Oncology Department and Hematology Unit at Alexandria Main University Hospital, Egypt. Subjects: a convenient sample of 150 adult patients diagnosed with leukemia who had received at least 2 cycles of chemotherapy. Tools: Tool I: Leukemic Patient's Structured Interview Schedule: It was included two parts: Part (I) Socio-demographic Data. Part (II) Clinical Data. Tool II: Leukemic patients' Health related Quality of Life Questionnaire: It was consisted of 8 domains & included 36 statements. Results: 51.3% have poor general health; there was no correlation between the QOL and socio-demographic variables, while there was no statistical significant relation between other clinical data of the studied patients and overall QOL percent score. Conclusion: more than half patients with leukemia who received chemotherapy had poor QOL which have negative impact on patient's physical, psychological, social life, and spiritual life. Recommendation: Pre and in-services training programs need to be developed for Chemotherapeutic Patients and nurses working with leukemia patients receiving chemotherapy.

Effect Professional Practical Model on Nurse Manager's Work Satisfaction

Abstract: Background: Professional practice model is a reasonable and viable alternative to the traditional nursing practice models used in many hospitals. Aim: assess the effect of professional practical model on Nurse Manager's work satisfaction. Study design: A descriptive correlational design. Setting: at different Hospitals at Assiut University. Subject: Convenient sample of Nurse Manager's work at Assiut University Hospitals No. = (168) at all units. Methods: The data were collected using: Self-administered questionnaire including: personal data sheet, professional practical model questionnaire & work satisfaction scale nurse (WSSN). Results: The highest mean score of items of professional practical model in El Rajhe hospital in the study subject Professional development, Shared governance, Primary care team, Quality outcomes, Transformational leadership and Stewardship. While the highest mean score of items Teamwork in Al Orman Hospital, followed by in El Rajhe hospital) Conclusion: and finally in main hospital, this resulted statistically significance differences among hospitals in the study in items Stewardship, Teamwork, Quality outcomes and Primary care team., There was a highly positive correlation between professional practical model and work satisfaction items. Recommendation: Encourage the nurse manager to Participate in workshop about Professional practical model to increase their commitment toward goal achievement.
