A significant decrease in local side effects of ICs; hoarseness, dysphonia, dry, sore throat, throat clearing, thirst, and dry cough, among the studied patients after implementation nursing  instructions than before (p. < 0. 01). Conclusion: Implementation of the nursing instructions for asthmatic patients had a positive effect on minimizing the many local side effects of ICS as hoarseness, dysphonia, dry, sore throat, throat clearing, thirst, and dry cough.
