The current study started from the beginning of August 2021till the end of November 2021. Two tools were utilized; Tool I, A structured questionnaire sheet. Tool II: Anthropometric measurement: weight and height measurement and estimated Body mass index (BMI)) of studied children. Results: Highly statistically significant difference in BMI of studied’ children were found after implementation of acupressure with P. Value <0.001when compared to children in the control group Conclusion: Implementation of acupressure technique in children with obesity who were receiving routine hospital care led to highly significant reduction in the mean scores of body mass index in comparison to adolescent who received routine hospital care only Recommendations: Encourage health care professionals to implementing acupressure technique to reduce weight among obese adolescent children.
