There was a highly statistically significant difference regarding the IBD activity grade in the studied patients' pre/post program implementation (p < 0.001). Conclusion: The nursing educational program had a highly statistically significant positive effect on nurses' performance and promoting IBD activity grade of patients following the biological therapy administration. Recommendations: Nurses should have a written clinical booklet on safe biological therapy administration is recommended to be established.
